Your Portland show was frickin’ great. I have been have been hoping for years that you would tour though here again. Murray was fabulous – hard to believe you have played together for nine years. My first question is “why the hell not?” His guilar playing filled each song perfectly; at times I forgot that it was just a single guitar being played. And Ellen. of course, was absolutely wonderful! I was hoping that she might do “Get You in the Morning” – I love that song – but at least she had enough solos that I was able to get my Ellen fix. Love you, Ellen! Also, Brad, your voice is even more impressive live. There is a resonance that studio-recording just can’t capture. Sorry about your UPS problem – now kicking myself even more that I forgot my “Symptomology” video that I wanted signed at home. Loved the new stuff – I’ll be picking up the CD soon.

Thanks again and good luck with the rest of the tour.

Make that “haven’t played together for nine years” – guess I should proofread before hitting submit.

To me The Crash Test Dummies are one of the best bands that ever were, I am grateful for everything you have done. I cannot thank you guys enough for such a great show. Every album is a classic and every song is a hit to me. Whether its the dummies, or just the dude, an Ellen solo album, or a collection of mantras, I can’t live without it now that I have heard it, and I can hardly wait for more. I wish the best for you for the rest of your tour, and I will see you next time you come to town.
